Found out 2 hours after I placed order that they canceled my order because they don't deliver to my house any more. I would of came to pick up my order of given the opportunity but nope. The general manager was a complete ass hole about the entire situation. He was not professional at all pizza hut here I come.
I have always had excellent luck with my local Domino's. They are always quick and courteous with delivery and the food is always fair for the price. Overall this location does a very good job with things!
The dominos in hanceville where horrible to me when I called them to order pizza. They said we don't deliver to our lotaction I said they always have. I asked the girl since when she rudely Said since forever and laughed. I then asked to speak with a manager he was not any better! I told him they been delivering to our house for 2 years that I know of. I asked him why has it changed he said it has always been this way. I told him no one has ever told me when I called his response to that was we had HIGH SCHOOL AND COLLEGE KIDS that didn't know what they where doing. Well does that look mad you being the manager that trains these people. Also on numerous times They where rude or messed up the order. They delivered the wrong pizza to us and we called them back told them it was wrong they told us we would have to pay for delivery again for the pizza they messed up. Cullman dominos pizza was nice and hot and the delivery guy ALLEN was so nice and cheerful!
I am not someone to give a bad review but this is the second time in a row our entire order is wrong. One of the pizzas is burnt! There is most definitely NO filter applied to the photos! I work with the public every single day, I know what it's like to be yelled at for something that isn't your fault. Or to get an ear full just because it was your lucky day to asnwer the phone. So when we called I made sure to not be that person, even though this is the second time it has happened. The female on the phone sounded very annoyed that we wanted our order made over. Not only was she rude but SHE HUNG UP ON US! I love the app, the rewards, etc. but after tonight we will gladly meet Papa John's at Cabin Fever...
I Love this store it's always clean and the staff is friendly everything taste fresh
