Just from talking to them on the phone I can tell they're crooks. I will never take any vehicle there. I was inquiring about a possible alternator replacement. Whoever was on the other end asked if I was going to buy the alternator or was they to purchase it. I told them I could buy it. He quickly told me he couldn't guarantee the alternator. Which would be fine, I just need him to guarantee his work. So to get an all around guarantee I said that he could provide the alternator.
